Customer Service Executives.

Well established multinational company providing customer in logistic industry to local and international customers from Australia, New Zealand, United States, Brunei, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Canada is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions :

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES-FRONTLINE
(Based at Petaling Jaya) RM2000.00 – RM2500.00 + Allowances
Responsibilities:
• Provide timely, accurate and relevant information to our customers, i.e. accurate
product and pricing information based on customer needs.
• Proactively assist and respond in a timely manner to customer complaints.
• Provide accurate resolution to issues raised.
• Identify and act on selling opportunities to increase revenue, whilst providing
suitable solutions to customers' requirements.
• Deal with booking exceptions and cross-location booking calls/e-mail in a
productive and professional manner.
• Administer transactional information and ensure system entries are completed in an
accurate and timely manner.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Those with contact centre experience in a similar industry are preferred.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a pleasant personality, like problem-solving and providing assistance to
customers.





CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES-SUPPORT
(Based at Petaling Jaya) RM2000.00 – RM2500.00 + Allowances
Responsibilities:
• Proactively check for any potential or actual shipment failures, both import and
export, and contact the customer to advise and agree a resolution that will achieve
customer satisfaction.
• To provide the customer with suitable solutions relating to problem shipments or
complaints, to satisfy their needs.
• Ensure smooth internal communication that follows set processes and channels, in
order to provide timely and accurate information to customers.
• To record accurate, complete and timely information in systems to ensure global
visibility, consistency of information, and to enable root cause analysis.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, including
complaint-handling responsibilities.
• Experience in communicating with different cultures and/or countries
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a pleasant personality, like problem-solving and providing assistance to
customers.





CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE-MAJOR ACCOUNT
(Based at Petaling Jaya)RM2000.00 – RM2500.00 + Allowances
Responsibilities:
• To build and maintain a positive relationship with Major Account's customers by
providing execllent and dedicated customer service through frontline and support
activities.
• Proactively check for any potential or actual shipment failures, both import and
export, and contact the customer to advise and agree a resolution that will achieve
customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely, accurate and relevant information to our customers, i.e. accurate
product and pricing information based on customer needs
• Proactively assist and respond in a timely manner to customer complaints
• Provide accurate resolution to issues raised.

RANGE OF BASIC SALARY
