Assistant Manager, IT

Responsibility:

Manage day to day IT support operation & maintenance of PABX, CCTV, hardware & software and infrastructure related matters.
Recommend, develop and oversees the implementation of new system to assist and improve operation flow.
Manage, support, backup and maintenance of Servers under Windows and Linux environment.
Provide end-user training where appropriate to ensure end-user are able to utilise IT tools effectively.
Maintain a register for all assets and software held.
Perform daily backup, monitor and restore when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Professional Degree Computer Science/Information Technology.
Required skill: networking connectivity, Microsoft Server Management, System Administrator, Strong hardware and software troubleshooting, Knowledge in SQL and Crystal Report or other BI tools.
Minimum of 3 years experience in heading a department or team.
Self driven and able to work independently and responsibility.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with users at all job levels .
