RESPONSIBILITIES:
. To aggressively make sales calls to introduce and promote the Company's range of offers while maintaining a professional image at all times.
· To update and maintain customer database
· To constantly update the line manager on customers' issues & provide feedback on suggested improvement.

REQUIREMENT:
· Excellent articulation and communication skills – both verbal and written
§ Highly developed telephone skills and etiquette
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
§ Strong persuasive ability and tenacity
§ Customer focused
§ Organized and meticulous
§ Self motivated; a team player with positive attitude
§ Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
§ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
§ Result driven and willing to multitask.
§ Ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:
· SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
§ Minimum 6-12 months experience in telesales

Working Hours: Monday – Friday : 8.45am – 5.00pm
: 9.45am – 6.00pm
Saturday : 8.45am - 1.00pm (alternate)

BASIC SALARY RANGE: RM1,500.00 – RM1800.00 (not inclusive of commissions)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Attend to members' enquiries/complaints via calls concerning the services and products provided by Client.

REQUIREMENT:
§ Degree/Diploma or minimum STPM
§ Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
§ Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
§ Preferably with experience from a call center or customer services environment
§ Not intimidated by pressure and work volume
§ Well mannered with pleasant disposition

WORKING HOURS:
Monday – Friday : 8.45am – 5.00pm
: 10.25am – 7.00pm
Saturday : 8.45am – 1.00pm (alternate)
